Shipping & Delivery at The Nordico
With us at The Nordico, we want you as a customer to always receive your order as soon as possible. Therefore, we work hard for you to get your order within 3-5 days (bigger products can take longer). Delivery to remote destinations can take a few days extra. Below you will find more information about delivery and payment.
When you add products to the shopping cart and go to the checkout, it is clear which payment methods you can choose from, whether the prices are inc or excl VAT and which VAT rate applies in a given case. Delivery will take place within 30 days unless it is stated when ordering that specific product that the delivery time is longer.
In addition to the price, there may be costs for shipping. In that case, these are stated in the checkout. Normally no additional fees are added, but if this is the case, it will be clear during the ordering process.
At The Nordico, goods may be marked with delivery indication. We reserve the right to remove non-deliverable goods from your order with a price deduction for the same. If you wish to order another, equivalent item, this is to be regarded as a new order. If you wish to cancel an item due to a delay in delivery, this is possible until the item has been effected, an invoice or shipping document has been created.
When you place your order, it is stated at the checkout which delivery method applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address and other information you provided at the time of ordering is correct. Delivery takes place worldwide, unless otherwise stated.
You can either have the package sent through our free shipping service or add express shipping for a cost. Package are picked up at your nearest servicepoint.
